We live for those big, toothy smiles!
The Dogsmile Impact
Boat rides make people feel better.
In therapeutic sailing studies, researchers found that participants in sailing programs reported feeling happier, calmer, and having more fun while working together. They even reported that it helped them feel better in both their minds and bodies. We get to witness this firsthand every time we take people out on our boats.
Boat rides make people feel better. The numbers don't lie. Therapeutic sailing is making a difference in our community. Check out our impact since our inception in 2021.

Who is this for? EVERYONE!
America’s veterans deserve better. Their sacrifices for our freedom are consistently undervalued when they return home. We’ve found that Veterans LOVE sailing and find many benefits to participating in our program.
Veterans
Our youth are our future. Unfortunately, today’s world has connected them more to technology than to nature and to one another. Sailing teaches them resilience, confidence, and teamwork. But most of all, it’s FUN!
Youth
You don’t have to be diagnosed with a specific condition or carry documentation supporting your case to need our help. Everyone is fighting some kind of battle every day. We all know someone who could use a boat ride.

Partners
Program Partners
Our program partners make the magic possible. Thanks to schools, community groups, and service organizations across the region, we’re able to share the joy of sailing with people who might not otherwise get the chance.
Community Partners
We’re proud to support local schools, nonprofits, and community causes through in-kind donations and auction items. Because when the tide rises, we all sail farther—together.
